Caramel Pudding


3 tbs course sugar
1 tin evaporated milk
3 eggs

Caramelize the sugar by stirring it on a stove.
One the sugar dissolve, pour it into the base of a glass casserole. Leave it to rest.

Mix the evaporated milk with eggs until combined. Add mixture to the caserole with hardened caramel.

Steam this mixture inside a steamer for 45 minutes.
