Inspiring leadership..
It was my first time watching iron man 3. A great action pack movie; a genre influenced by my colleagues.Some key points I derive from the movie
-We create our own evil.(Quote share by Tony Stark)
-Building a machine You are bound to have many prototypes.(Tony Stark had many prototypes in his lab)
-The prototype you create may at times fail on you (One problematic prototype was Mark 23)
-In battle, Always have plan B (When the iron suite was out of power supply, Tony Stark fought with items he created with thing bought from convenient store)
-A hero may have a weakness cropping up in critical times.(Tony Stark has anxiety attacks)
-Do not be a workaholic. There are other important people in your life you owe your time too.(Tony & Pepper relationship)
-When putting in effort towards a goal in may start from something innocent..there will be risk of messing up (Tony Stark, Pepper, Killian, Maya they started with an ideal of how they want the world to be and they face the consequences when the ideals were traded for fame and fortunes)
